SAnta maria Spritz

Ingredients

  • Santa Maria Limoncello: (50ml)

  • Prosecco: (75ml)

  • Soda water: (25ml)

  • Mint leaves and a slice of lemon

Method

  • Fill a glass with ice.

  • Add the Limoncello, Prosecco and Soda and stir lightly.

  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve.

Lo Amalfito

Ingredients

  • White rum (50 ml)

  • Lime juice (25 ml)

  • Santa Maria Limoncello (25 ml)

  • Soda water - top up

  • 2 drops of Angostura bitter (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

  • Mint leaves

Method

  • Crush the mint leaves in a tumbler glass with brown sugar and lime juice.

  • Add the white rum and limoncello, stir gently.

  • Add two drops of Angostura and ice.

  • Finally, fill the glass with soda.

MARIA’s Margarita

Ingredients

  • Zest of half a lemon

  • Salt for rim

  • Tequila (25 ml)

  • Santa Maria Limoncello (25 ml)

  • Lemon juice (25 ml)

  • 2 tablespoons agave

  • Lemon slices for garnish

Method

  • Combine lemon zest with salt in a flat small dish.

  • Run a lemon wedge around the rim of a Martini glass.

  • Dip the glass into the lemon and salt mix.

  • Add ice, tequila, limoncello, lemon juice to a shaker.

  • Shake it well, then strain it into the Martini glass.

Limoncello LONDON

Ingredients

  • Santa Maria Limoncello (25ml)

  • Gin (50ml)

  • Fresh lime juice (15ml)

  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme, plus more to garnish

  • Lemon wedges to garnish

  • Splash of soda water (optional)

Method

  • Add the fresh thyme to a cocktail shaker and muddle gently.

  • Add the gin, limoncello, and fresh lime juice.

  • Fill to top with ice and shake until cold.

  • Strain into an ice filled glass.

  • Garnish with fresh thyme and lemon wedges.

Limoncello & Tonic (l&T)

Ingredients

  • Santa Maria Limoncello (50ml)

  • Tonic water (150ml)

  • 1-2 wedges of lemon

  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnishing

Method

  • Fill glass with ice cubes.

  • Pour in Limoncello, then tonic water.

  • Squeeze one or two wedges of lemon juice.

  • Finally, take thyme sprig or rosemary sprig to garnish.

White Italiano

Ingredients

  • Santa Maria Crema Di Limoncello (75ml)

  • Vodka (25ml)

  • Lemon zest

  • Lemon curd (2tsp)

  • Lemon rind for garnish (optional)

  • Shortbread for garnish (optional)

Method

  • Combine Crema di Limocello, vodka, lemon curd and lemon zest in a shaker with plenty of ice and shake well

  • Strain into a Martini glass

  • Garnish with lemon rind and/or shortbread.

Italian 75

Ingredients

  • Santa Maria Limoncello: (50ml)

  • Gin: (25ml)

  • Prosecco: (75ml)

  • Lemon twist

Method

  • Add the Limoncello and gin to a shaker with ice and shake well.

  • Strain into your glass.

  • Top with chilled Prosecco.

  • Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.

Tipsy Arnold Parma

Ingredients

  • Santa Maria Limoncello: (50ml)

  • Freshly brewed black tea (chilled): (75ml)

  • Lemonade: (50ml)

  • Soda water: (25ml)

  • Mint leaves and a slice of lemon

Method

  • Fill a glass with ice.

  • Add the Limoncello, black tea, lemonade, and soda.

  • Stir lightly to combine.

  • Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lemon, then serve.
